How to Pause for Health and Sanity (tune in this Sunday)


Hooray that spring has finally sprung!

It's been a cold and gray spring this year in MN and WI. In fact, I've still had my heat on this week...sigh. But whenever the sun pops out I try to get my bare feet in some grass and admire the world coming back to life...although, the weeds in my landscaping could just STOP already...

I can feel myself growing along with all the rest of it. I find myself naturally waking earlier with the light, and if you know anything about me and mornings that is seriously saying something. My phone is healthfully chock full with photos of all things in bloom (they're like my version of a baby or a dog...twenty pictures of the same bud simply isn't enough). And while I've been out bopping around with the bees, I've even gained some awkward tan lines on my super pasty skin. Hooray for vitamin D!
